  1. Begin with clean brows—a fresh, dry surface makes for easier application. Shake the pen at a downward angle.
  2. Start where your brows are most sparse, then etch lightly wherever you’d like to add dimension or definition. Let dry for 15 seconds or more.
  3. Follow up with Boy Brow to groom and keep your brows in place.
