The perfectly-proportioned blend of micellar water and weightless oil create a dual-phase formula that easily dissolves makeup, while Pro-Vitamin B5 conditions so your skin feels soft and fresh after use.

  1. Shake well before use. 
  2. Squeeze onto a (reusable!) cotton pad until Milky Oil is fully absorbed. 
  3. Press the saturated cotton pad onto eyes to melt makeup before gently wiping away.
